Schedule of Events 

10:00 am – 2:00 pm – Children’s Corner: Face Painting, Crafts, Balloon Artist, Story Time, Pony Rides and Tours of the One-Room Schoolhouse.

10:00 am – 2:00 pm – Church BazaarFeaturing Attic Treasures, Books, Baked Goods, Toys, Country Store, Hospitality and Memorabilia, Lemonade stand, Meatball stand, Hot Dog stand, and Snow cones!  Music by The Port Tobacco Pickers.  

12:00 pm ~ 6:00 pm – Jousting Tournament: Riders of all ages and their steeds compete for cash prizes and glory in Maryland’s oldest competitive sport.  

12:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Boxed Suppers: Our famous country supper to go!  Choice of 2 meats (deviled crab, fried chicken, or ham), potato salad, applesauce, kraut relish, grape tomatoes, roll, and chocolate chip cookie.  $28  

Reservations for boxed suppers will be taken the morning of Tournament and picked up after 12:00 pm Tournament Day. Just call  410-586-0565 to reserve yours. You can also drop by the Boxed Supper window at the Parish House and pick up boxed suppers anytime between 12:00 pm and 6:00 on Tournament Day!  

1:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Concerts in Colonial Christ Church: Enjoy a variety of music in our historic, air-conditioned church.

1:00 p.m. Jonathan Hellerman, organ featuring excerpts from Carnival of the Animals by Saint-Saens
Jonathan is Music Director and teacher at St. John’s Catholic Church & School in Lexington Park
 
1:30  p.m. Anne Baker, soprano  German Lieder by Schumann & Schubert
Accompanied by Susan Yoe, Anne is a classically trained singer recently retired from The Singing Sargeants
 
2:00 p.m. Marcus Thompson, organ  Works of J. S. Bach
Marcus is organist at Christ Episcopal Church in Chaptico, MD
 
2:30 p.m. Susan Yoe, organ  Classical Organ Works
Susan is the organist for St. Paul’s Episcopal and St. Nicholas Lutheran Church in Calvert County
 
3:00 p.m. Mark Trautman, organ   Classical Organ Works
Mark is the Organist  and Choirmaster at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Sonderland New Jersey
 
3:30 p.m. William Gilligan, organ  Classical Organ Works
Bill is the Organist for Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bushwood, MD

2:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Annual Country Supper: Our famous country supper is available for inside sit down family style table service this year.  

Choice of 2 meats (deviled crab, fried chicken, or ham) potato salad, kraut relish, green beans, apple sauce, rolls, brownie and ice cream. (Crab available only with adult dinners.)

Adult –  $28 ; Children ages 6-12 –  $12; Children under 6 with a paying adult eat FREE!
